2013 has definitely started with a bang for Legal Futures associate Redbrick Solutions who have announced their busiest quarter for new business to date; and have recruited new staff to cope with the demand. They currently have ten firms going through the implementation process for their Practice Management and Business Intelligence solutions across the UK, including their first firm in Edinburgh.
Redbricks’ front of house solution Redbrick Practice Management delivers unrivalled benefits in terms of efficiency, increased productivity and risk management via Lexcel compliant workflows, document and form production, matter management and time recording across the firm. This then integrates with their back of house solution, Redbrick Business Intelligence which removes all of the costly duplication and risk of error from rekeying financial information, allowing the firm to work in real time and deliver far better service to their clients. Furthermore Redbrick Business Intelligence has an extensive reporting functionality delivering easy to understand, business critical analysis to key members of staff and management.
The Midlands based firm have recently hired a new Business Development Manager, Joe Carton, who joins them with several years experience in the legal software sector; and two new Business Development Executives, Mital Mehta and Tom Rae, to cope with the increase in enquiries. They are also recruiting a Business Consultant to assist with customisation and training for new firms, as they are presently booked out two months in advance.
Martin MacDuff, Managing Director commented “I’m delighted to have welcomed ten new client firms so far this year. The current success is the culmination of a great deal of hard work and is in line with our carefully planned, but ambitious, strategy for growth. We only recruit high calibre individuals who put our clients at the forefront of everything they do and this achievement wouldn’t have been possible without them. In addition to welcoming record breaking numbers of new clients we are seeing that existing client transaction volumes are increasing and our enhanced product portfolio is being adopted successfully across the board. I’m excited to see what the rest of the year holds!”
One such happy client is Colin Duce of Dundas and Duce who says “The flexibility to customise the system has been excellent and we have set the system up to our own preferred way of working. What is great is that the system can grow and evolve with us and we don’t need to worry about it becoming out of date. The training and support have been exceptional and it is very reassuring to know that someone is always on hand to support us.”
“I have no hesitation in recommending Redbrick Practice Management as the ultimate practice-wide case management tool.”
