September 2018: Where next for the personal injury market? PI Futures 2018 took place as the Civil Liability Bill was passing through Parliament, and delegates heard from those involved in putting the claimant case to politicians and discussed the impact on lawyers, claims companies, medical reporting organisations, funders and others involved in the industry.
