PI Futures 2017
September 2017: PI Futures – Danger ahead for Claimant Lawyers From the Insurance Fraud Taskforce to the Civil Liability Bill, from ABTA to the ABI, from Lord Justice Jackson to a new CMC regulator, there are forces of change everywhere. In amongst all this are claimant law firms and ethical CMCs of all shapes and sizes doing their best to serve their clients and turn a profit.
