Net Lawman has teamed up with the Alzheimer Society-backed dementia support website Unforgettable.org to distribute the LPA.

Solicitor launches website to help SMEs and consumers access unbundled advice

James Martin, founder and director of ClaimItOnline, launched today, said the website was particularly aimed at small businesses with disputes worth up to £50,000.

Average price of standard law firm will drops to £118
Wednesday, 25 November 2015The average price of a standard will from a law firm has fallen from £124 to £118 over the last year, new research has indicated. The report, by IRN Research, warned that a highly competitive market had become even tougher with the arrival of accountants and chartered legal executives.

“Veyo will fail”, predicts CEO of UK’s biggest conveyancer

Veyo gets off the ground with 80 firms
Tuesday, 26 May 2015Veyo, the online conveyancing portal developed by the Law Society and IT giant Mastek, went live today with around 80 law firms taking part in the first phase. A much larger group of 1,800 firms which expressed an interest in the system will be able to join shortly.

No evidence of regulatory risks from online divorce, research finds
Thursday, 19 March 2015There is no evidence of online divorce leading to regulatory risks, joint research by the Legal Services Board and Legal Services Consumer Panel has found. The report found high levels of satisfaction with face-to-face legal advice (79%) and online (83%).
