Ombudsman faces shortfall after unexpected rise in complaints

Lawyers aim to “intimidate” clients who complain, says report

LeO keen on bringing unregulated providers within its remit

LeO investigations of CMCs climbs towards 5,000 as it is warned about impact of PI reforms

Fairness of BSB’s complaints process comes under fire

No end to flood of complaints about CMCs as total rises above 15,000
