One legal counsel at an investment fund said he was “shocked at the poor service we sometimes get” and “often dumbfounded by the poor level of responsiveness”.

Solicitor launches website to help SMEs and consumers access unbundled advice

James Martin, founder and director of ClaimItOnline, launched today, said the website was particularly aimed at small businesses with disputes worth up to £50,000.

Smaller law firms feeling vulnerable, with almost all expecting “rough times ahead”

Online divorce and probate set for early 2017, Munby says

Consumer rights forum launches legal services comparison website

Major survey finds consumers increasingly satisfied with their lawyers
Tuesday, 17 November 2015There are positive signs about improving consumer satisfaction with how they find, compare and then use law firms, major research by the Legal Services Consumer Panel has revealed. However, the panel said more vulnerable consumers “are potentially being left behind as those more empowered are able to take advantage of market changes”.

I was wrong to sell my firm to Quindell, says former legal division boss
