Overview
The first conference of its kind, Claims Futures will explore the fast-growing market for volume consumer claims, which spans a large number of fields, from financial mis-selling and data protection breaches, to energy bills and Japanese knotweed. We will look at how to run a successful consumer claims firm and what has gone wrong at some of the high-profile failures, as well as question of marketing, funding and regulation.
The conference will close by looking at the related world of group actions and particularly how smaller firms can build their own groups off the back of larger firms’ work.
